You might have felt it already in some way.
A sense that something within you is ready to open, be felt more fully, or finally move through.
A quiet pull might show up before the clear understanding.
Or a feeling that there is more beneath the surface than you’ve been able to reach.
What is Kundalini? Kundalini Activation?
From Yoga international: “Kundalini is said to be a powerful, primal energy that represents the unmanifested potential within us; it is referring to the great field of the unknown that lies beyond the limits of our minds. The term “kundal” means “coiled” and “ini” can be translated as “power”, leading to a definition of Kundalini as “the dormant energy coiled at the base of the spine”. Kundalini shakti can be seen as the very energy of all consciousness that dwells within each one of us.“
The Kundalini Activation process is not a willful practice such us kundalini yoga or breathwork. Rather, it is the path of allowing.
During the activation, there is nothing you need to do to make it work. You don’t have to try and create an experience or reach a certain state. Instead, it’s about looking inwards with curiousity and allowing the process to unfold. It’s about creating safety from self-judgement and co-creating with that, what wants to arise in the moment.
While there are universal aspects in the process, the unfolding of the process is unique for everyone. For some people it stays subtle on the mat (but they experience changes in their life), for others it is more felt during the activation itself.
It isn’t meant to be predicted or controlled, but rather nurtured and allowed to unfold.
What you may experience
No two sessions are the same, the process is individual and unique. Coming with the open mind is important for allowing the process to unfold.
While every experience is unique, generally it is recommended to experience at least 3 sessions (once every two weeks) to initiate the process.
You might notice some of these in your process:
sensations moving through your body (cold, heat, tingling)
spontaneous movement, or complete stillness
emotions rising and passing
moments of clarity or just quiet
visions or insights
a sense of openness
It is also possible that you do not feel any of these in the session. Activation is only a small part of the process - integration (changes you notice in your life after the sessions) is the part that’s just as important.
There’s no right or wrong way for this to unfold.
Who is this for?
This tends to resonate if:
you’ve felt something shift inside, even if you can’t explain it
you’re comfortable being in your body, or want to explore gaining more comfort within yourself
you don’t need to control the experience, or are open to allow new experiences to unfold
you’re open to seeing what happens
You don’t need to understand everything beforehand to allow it to unfold. While I am happy to answer any questions you have, normally the experience unfolds beyond the current understanding of the mind and is integrated/made sense or afterwards.
Who is this not for?
Although this is open for everyone, it might not be the right time at this moment if any of this is true for you:
you’re looking for a specific result within a short period of time
you want to push or force an experience
things feel very overwhelming in your system right now
you don’t feel comfortable letting go of control, even a little
you are currently going through a period of intense emotional or psychological instability
you tend to disconnect from your body or find it difficult to stay present when things become intense
you are in the middle of a deep therapeutic or trauma-processing phase
you feel very ungrounded, scattered, or not fully settled in yourself at the moment
There is no rush and you can always come back later when you feel ready for a new experience. If unsure, feel free to message me for advice and possible alternatives (other modalities or a private session might be more suitable than a group experience in that case).
How does the session work?
Arrival: Short check-in, introduction and intention setting
Preparation: Light movement to land in here and now, in the space and the body
Transmission: Music and energetic facilitation. You remain aware and supported throughout. You lay on a yoga mat with your eyes closed to stay connected with your inner experience (however, you are free to stand or move when your body invites you to).
Integration: Grounding, processing the experience and optional sharing.
Before the session
To support the experience:
Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours before, preferably more. If your system is numb or overstimulated, it has less space to be open and responsive to the energy.
Avoid caffeine (coffee, energy drinks) for 4–6 hours before. As it may stimulate nervous system, increase restlessness or anxiety and can make it harder to drop into deeper states. If you really need coffee to feel well, try slowly reducing it a few days beforehand to make it easier on the day itself.
Eat lightly 2–3 hours before (not too full, not completely empty). Heavy meal right before the session will draw all the energy to digestion and leave less space for the energy to move elsewhere, and being hungry is just as distracting.
Give yourself some space before arriving. Avoid coming straight from something intense or overstimulating.
Wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax and move in.
Besides preparing yourself to be in a receptive state (including an open mind), there is nothing else you need to prepare.
After the session
To support integration:
Avoid alcohol or substances for at least 24 hours after.
Keep the rest of your day relatively simple and low-stimulation, as you might feel more sensitive to sensory input or feel more reflective and inwards
Drink water and allow time to rest
Listen to and follow up on your intuitive nudges
The experience may continue to unfold over the next hours or days. You can continue with your life as usual, however creating space for integration by reducing stress and hustle is helpful to optimize the experience.
Small Group
Semi-private environment, each session is limited to a maximum of four people.
This keeps the space contained and allows me to stay present with each person. The group also creates a shared field that supports the process in a different way then individually.
About me
I work with subtle energy and the body’s natural ability to process and release. I have been trained as Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process Facilitator and as Kundalini Arts Facilitator (same process, different names).
My role is to bring in the resonance that your energy can attune to, and hold a space where your own process can unfold.
Each session is shaped by the people in it and by what is present in the moment.
